Cute cats and tortoises to watch and say hi to. One of my favorite stays.

We only stayed one night, but it felt like coming home to a distant cousin you’ve never met before, the kind who immediately pulls out a chair for you and pours you a glass of raki, brewed from a family recipe, with equal parts love and fire. Our languages didn’t quite match (our English isn’t perfect) but Tony spoke fluently in gestures, smiles, and genuine attention. A great guy in a great place! The kind of person who stays with you, long after you’ve gone home. His way of being; calm, open, without fuss, turned that one night into something quietly beautiful, something simply real. Very good communication. Nice view. The owner let us access the kitchen to make tea in the morning that was very nice.

They didn’t speak English, but we were able to communicate with their daughter over WhatsApp who was responsive and provided great information on our stay. We appreciated the location which was walking distance to old town. The views of both the mountains and the castle were incredible. The breakfast was delicious and generous, made with organic produce from their garden, and served with love. Highly recommend!
