The units are equipped with heating facilities. Visited as a surprise gift for my girlfriend. We celebrated her birthday sooner, as she leaves abroad for longer time. It was a perfect stay. Staff was extremely friendly and prepared a celebration gift for us in a form of prosecco. Extremely nice gesture that was nicely appreciated. The hotel itself is cozy, only few floors with a decent amount of rooms. The breakfast is small but it is sufficient and included fresh herbal teas, jams and fresh honeycomb that you could just take and eat (Awesome). Hotel also has a wellness area with steam room, relaxation room, sauna and outdoor natural pool. It was exactly what you expect from the place after a whole day of hiking in the nearby mountains. What we loved the most is the spectacular view from the room, which overlooked the valley. That was something we have never seen before and we already visited a fair amount of 4-5 star hotels around Austria. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is on a lookout for a cozy small hotel with friendly staff and wants to feel the calmness of the Alps.

Situated in Lend in the Salzburg region and Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course reachable within 27 km, Salaterhof Embach features accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, ski-to-door access and free private parking. With garden views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The guest house has a sauna and luggage storage space. The hosts were very kind and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The location was perfect — peaceful, with beautiful views. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety to choose from. Everything was well taken care of, making our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again!

A very friendly and helpful host; good breakfast; a shared kitchen with all you need to prepare a meal; a spacious, well equipped ski room. The rooms are large, so are the bathrooms. The place is very clean and rather spacious. The host lives in the property, which may turn out quite helpful. You can walk to the Planai station if desired (15 minutes). Loved everything.
