The house itself is very nice and in a lovely, quiet residential location, with excellent public transport connections and plenty within walking distance as well, including a couple of supermarkets and an excellent independent coffee shop (Contra Café). The room was very nice and well-furnished on the whole. Everything is very clean and tidy. Breakfast is simple but excellent.

It is also fair to say that she was also genuinely interested to get to know us a little bit and also share her story which was something personal we thoroughly enjoyed! - The house is absolutely as advertised and then some, located in a quiet historic neighborhood but walking distance to many downtown Toronto locations - The room was spotless and amenities were provided (coffee every day, toiletries, towels and a welcome piece of banana bread) - An absolute gem for a bathroom with a Victorian era bathtub.
