The place is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the falls, the room is spacious and very well equipped, there is parking for a car. The house has all the necessary equipment, a coffee machine and lots of other things, an excellent breakfast with a varied menu to choose from, but the best thing of all that I mentioned is Diana, the owner of the place. Diana is very generous, warm and helpful with good advice. She makes cakes and cookies every day and makes sure to put a variety of cans of drinks in the fridge. In summary, this is the best place we have experienced so far on our six-night trip in the United States and Canada. Highly recommend the place. Score 10

Built in 1910, this 4-star inn is within 1.6 km of Niagara Falls Train Station and 2 km of Old Falls Street. Private parking is available on site. Very cozy place nearby Clifton Hill. I didn't have a car, but everything works fine. You can reach WEGO Bus Station in 10 min walk. Breakfast option was amazing too!

The bed and breakfast is 700 metres from Casino Niagara, 1.1 km from Journey Behind the Falls and 1.3 km from Greyhound Canada. Toronto Pearson International Airport is 79 km away. We loved the rooms as well as the bathrooms. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The food was outstanding.

Very good service and friendly service by the hosts with customized assistance targeted to the customer requests ( i.e. sugggested places to visit; power plug adaptor; bikes) and very good breakfast cooked at the moment in an open kitchen. You feel really at home in a nice and clean place furnished with style.

Offering garden views and a garden, Cozy House B&B offers accommodation situated conveniently in Niagara Falls, within a short distance of Skylon Tower, Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was spotless, even in the corners and all up the stairs. Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. All 3 rooms were occupied by family members so we had the place to ourselves. Just a very nice place to stay if you are in the Falls. It was $11.50 for 4 of us to grab an Uber to the ferris wheel / go karts on Clifton hill. Cheaper than parking. Owners were very attentive through email and kept us informed. Much appreciated. Nice large kitchen which is packed with all the dishes and appliances you would ever need !

It was walking distance to the main strip. The vibe of the whole place was very cozy. The hosts were very sweet and breakfast was so good!
