But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the family hosting the place. Their kindness and care were absolutely extraordinary. They were there for every little question, provided me with everything I needed, and made me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. It was the kind of warmth and generosity that’s rare to find - I almost felt like I had become a part of their family. Thanks to them, I had a perfect rest and a smooth trip the next morning. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this before. The kindness I experienced here was truly something out of this world :)

What can I say about my short stay at Birds and Breakfast? It wasn't long enough! I will definitely be coming back. Fabio, Marcela, and the rest of the staff were very welcoming right upon check-in. Their place has endless pictures, books, maps, and even souvenirs. I appreciated Fabio and Marcela's knowledge of the species and also recommendations of activities as I often asked them for suggestions. The breakfast was the best we had in all of Costa Rica! And, the view made us want to just stay there all day. I look forward to recommending this place to others and staying here when I am back in the area.
