Located in the historical centre of Znojmo in a reconstructed building dated back to the 15th century, Penzion Kaplanka is set 400 metres from the castle and houses a wine bar. The guest house offers views of the Dyje river. Only 7 parking spaces are available and reservations are required. We walked from the train station. The hotel is located in the historic old town in a very historic building with a great view of the countryside and the river. It is very near the pedestrian streets and the market. Close by is a fine restaurant in the local brewery. The hotel is altogether very nice.

Cleanliness on the place was top. There’s possibility to get breakfast for €7 per person. Nice, smiling staff.

The landlady was very kind and helpful and she made our stay very pleasant. A special perk was the cellar filled with exceptional wine👌. We're already making plans to return 🙂
