There was a USB charger in the bedroom which was convenient for charge your mobile and camera. Electricity was available 24/7, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong in every room and throughout the resort. The private bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was very strong. The housel reef was stunning—you could spend an entire week exploring it. Highly recommended!!

Paparisa is a brand new, small, private and secluded homestay with the nicest houses in Kri Island by far (compared to all the other homestays). The place has five "resort level" cosy houses with ensuite semi-open air bathroom (rare in Raja Ampat), big nice comfortable beds with mosquito net, a small private terrace in each house to relax or to watch the sunset and a small restaurant to enjoy your meals (they are building a nice sunset view big restaurant which they said will be ready by September 2025). They provide towels, toilet paper and linen so no need to bring yours. They have some toiletries but better bring some extra shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. Electricity is available almost half of the day and it is more than enough to charge anything in your room! The sea is just three meters from your door so you can easily swim whenever you want. This is also very convenient for diving or excursion's pickups as the boats pick you up straight from your door to go for diving or for a trip! Also, in walking distance you can snorkel in very amazing home reefs on your own. Paparisa rents for a small amount of money snorkeling equipment and these guys can also arrange several snorkeling trips to anywhere in the area. They also have contacts around so don't hesitate to ask them for anything you need! The communication before arrival through WhatsApp was exceptional and they have helped us a lot with our planning (the boat from Waisai to Kri arranged by them and a lot more). The food in the place is very tasty and feels like home and they are willing to cater any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan etc).

Husna is a very friendly and knowledgeable host, her guesthouse was a perfect place for a few days for us to visit Kalibiru, scuba dive and ride scooters to the nearby village. Husna helped us coordinate all of our activities including renting motorbikes and made excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants. Her breakfasts are delicious, AC is in the bedroom only and worked well, wifi available, and she even delivered umbrellas to us at a nearby restaurant during a rainstorm! Highly recommend staying at Sandy Guesthouse if you are in Waisai.

Facing the seafront in Besir, GAM BAY bungalow's features a private beach area and a garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides mountain views, an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. Absolutely beautiful and quiet place, great location, delicious food, and amazing snorkeling trips! Family is very kind, friendly and helpful. Bungalows are spacious and clean with large terraces. Blacktip sharks are frequent visitors, especially earlier in the morning. And there is a great sunset deck (also a spot with the best signal). I would definitely recommend this place!

What we loved the most: - The stunning, secluded location at the far end of Pulau Mansuar, offering a true escape from everyday life. - The incredible coral reefs just steps away from the lovely beach — perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts (sometimes stronger current but perfect for drifts) - The exceptionally kind and helpful staff, always ready to listen to any wishes or feedback and ensure a great stay. - Delicious food that catered to individual preferences, including vegetarian options, which was a real plus. - The fantastic diving experience with Vandy, an experienced, knowledgeable, and attentive dive guide, and his great team. - It was inspiring to see a place like this owned and managed by locals, creating a unique and authentic atmosphere. This is an ideal spot for travelers looking for a family-like, locally-run experience. Flexibility and understanding are key, as local conditions such as weather, fuel supplies, or occasional generator issues can arise. It's also important to note that the desalination plant might not fully meet water demands at all times, but rainwater is available upon request. For us, this was the perfect getaway, and we would absolutely love to return one day. Highly recommended!

There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Manager Sisi (i dont know how to spell her name) was absolutely perfect - she speaks english very good, so it makes everything easier. Thanks to her I had all infomation I needed before the trip. Accomodation is good, it is simple bungalow but you dont need anything “more fancy” if you going to Raja Ampat. Food was absolutely delicious - I was worried that maybe there won’t be enough food for all the guests and we will be hungry, but it was so far from the truth. We had 3 very tasty meals, fruit ans whole day there were also cookies, bread and spreads, bananas. So you wont be hungry here for sure. House reef is also very nice. We did one trip to Sauwandarek village which I totally recommend. Everything went smooth including our transfer and I can only recommend to stay here.

They know really good how to navigate through rough weather! The food the best and the family amazing! We also missed the ferry and they got us to sorong!
