We were greeted so warmly on arriving and the lovely lady couldn't have done enough for us...she invited us to help ourselves to tea and biscuits and was so nice to our children. It's a top class b and b, beautiful house, lovely and spacious and modern and clean..couldn't fault one thing .breakfast was so good ..people were so kind and warm...super stay ..would look forward to going back

Jim and Nancy were excellent host and would recommend this property without a doubt. Very close to TUS Midlands as had visited to settle my daughter.

Some rooms also include a garden view. Very friendly couple. We arrived pretty late but were greeted with a smile. No problems to arrange breakfast for the next morning. Room was clean and big enough for the 3 of us. Location was fine. Got recommendation for town visits.
