Common kitchen was convenient to make tea or coffee. House is located next to highway (autostrada A16), so it's very easy to get in/out. There is a private parking on the opposite side of the street (paid 5 EUR). There is also free parking a bit away. There is a big supermarket 5 min walk. Avelino city center is far away, so you will need a car.
