Antica Residenza is in a beautiful old buildig restored beautifuly. I loved all details old timbers, wooden doors, windows. The room and bathroom are spacious. There is a big wardrobe in the room with planty of space for clothes. I spent 4 days only but I could spend more time to wander in Tirano and the surronding. There is a fridge and air condition in the room. The bathroom has a window too so you can enjoy fresh air at nights when temperature cools down. There is a terrace befor the room with tables and chairs. One evening I had a great dinner of pizza wich I bought in a nearby pizzeria on that terrace. Antica Resindenza is in the beautiful old town of Tirano, a few meters from the Poschiavo Porta, an old Gate of the old city. It is less then 10 minutes walk to Bernina Express and the local busses and trains. I arrived from Milano to Tirano by train and it is an easy walk to Antica residenza even with a suitcase to pull. In Italy you have too prepare for an italian sweet breakfast, which I love and always eat. In Antica Residenza beside the very fresh and tasty sweets I tasted the ham of the region which is faboulous. Elena the host is very helpfull speaks English very well. If I visit Tirano again which is very likely I definetely I will stay again in Antica Residenza.

Less than 100 metres from the Rosskopf ski slope, Steindl's B&B is a 5-minute walk from Vipiteno town centre. It boasts rooms with Sterzing Mountain and town views, and a buffet breakfast. Ski storage is also available. The whole stay was fantastic and especially as a solo traveler I felt welcome everywhere, got important information from the staff (for example the bus ticket for the area). The small sauna was perfect, exactly how I would build and furnish it if I had the opportunity. The same applied to the hotel bar. Everything was very tastefully and beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. The breakfast was indescribably lovely and exorbitant - with real specials. You wouldn't have had to leave the hotel to have a wonderful vacation. And if you did go outside, buses, the old town, ski rental and the lift to the Rosskopf were just a few steps away. I can't think of anything I would have wanted differently.

Saslong is 25 km from the bed and breakfast. Bolzano Airport is 42 km from the property. A beautiful Hotel. Brand new with the best location going with cablecar up to the Gardeccia, Vajolet and Santerpass area. The best stay for a long time.

Check in was very easy and the host was very kind and accommodating - she even dropped off a steamer for us because we need one! Would definitely recommend staying here.

So impressed with our welcome and the place itself. We are a family of 5 and were all well accommodated. Gorgeous property and would definitely come back. The showers were amazing!!

The room was cozy, comfortable and clean, bathroom was also spotless with hot water and good water pressure in the shower. It was a cold night, so heating was turned up in the rooms, which was very welcome. The owner is very friendly and we loved her infectious laughter, you can hear it all around the property and it makes you feel at home! Excellent restaurant, great food, friendly service. I highly recommend this place when passing by or visiting this beautiful area.
