She was very helpful also and gave us fantastic tips about the area. The place has a pool and a beautiful, peaceful garden where you can rest or do some exercise if you'd like to. Our room was comfortable, was cleaned daily and had a nice view. We were provided a delicious, Italian styled breakfast every day with strong coffee which were included in the price. There is no end of the list of nice things we've experienced there really. This was our favourite accommodation so far during our stay in Italy.

Beautifull clean rooms and spectacular view on the lake in a tranquil corner of the village. Frederico very attentive and friendly. Loved the decoration and style of the rooms. Thought of every detail. You can combine exploring the villages around lake and the countryside with a visit of the city Rome. It takes only 35 minutes train ride into de city centre of Rome. I Hope to be able to come back some day.
