At the bed and breakfast, each unit has bed linen and towels. This is a wonderful B&B in every respect, set just outside Vetralla, an easy 15 minute walk into the town on the Via Francigena. It is in a safe and quiet location with superb views of the city. Our room was very well equipped with many thoughtful touches (pegs, soap for hand washing clothes and a clothes line, a box of teas, milk in the fridge, and several more). We were greeted by Francesca with homemade lemonade and biscuits; Mauro drove us to and from an excellent restaurant; when the weather was less than perfect breakfast was served in our room. So many things helped make this one of our favourite places to stay.

The kitchenette & dining area are models of sober, efficient design, and the breakfast is very good, starting with the excellent coffee. Cleaning staff is very kind and efficient.

There could never be a better location in Viterbo, the view of the square is a big bonus. Our room had a direct access to the terrace, which during Christmas season was awesome.
