Alessandro is such a great host. Our train was late ~30 minutes, so he was waiting for us in front of the building (sorry about that), and he was kind enough to take us to the airport the morning when we had to leave. The room was very clean, and the host provided good breakfast and all the necessities. The bus station is just 2 minutes away, and the train takes you to Roma Termini in 15 minutes, so we would rather stay in F.A.M rooms again then anywhere else in Rome.

Valentina was very friendly and helpful. Good parking. Property was very clean and great variety of food. Valentina checked in with us regularly and cleaned most days when we were out. She even changed the sheets after two nights.

We were collected from the airport for a modest fee. At the end of our stay they even took us to the metro station to make it easier to get our train to the cruise ship without any charge. They were fantastic, really couldn't do enough. Accommodation was perfect, very clean, everything you need. Even complementary freshly baked cake was available in the kitchen. We would have loved to use the balcony and the swimming pool but the weather wasn't too good. The gardens are lovely and the area seemed very safe. We walked to local pizzeria and had the most delicious pizzas and local wine, very cheap. Easily accessable to Rome, bus stop around the corner. Then hop on metro to city, 20 mins or so. We would stay again if we were to come back to Rome.
