It was more than expected, I saw the pictures before booking and I wasnt 100% convinced to book, but it is so neat, spacious, you have everything you need for an excellent stay. You have snacks, water, coffee, tea, breakfast included, which it was delicious, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Easy to check-in and check-out. They kept for us our luggage after check-out. 7 minutes walking to the Pisa Tower. 15 minutes to the airport. Everything is close.

The most perfect place to stay in Florence! The owner is a very, very friendly person who gave us detailed instructions to explore Florence. The room was clean, beautiful, big and within walking distance of other attractions in Florence and the bus stop. I will be going back to Florence again and staying at this hotel. It was a wonderful experience, especially since we were on our honeymoon. We stayed in the Queen Suite with Spa Bath. We took full advantage of its facilities. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the service impeccable. It is close to the Lucca city walls. Highly recommended.
