She made a terrific, hearty breakfast including fresh bread, eggs, coffee with all options of milk, and even offered vegetarian breakfast options to my vegetarian guest. She readily offered fruit from her fruit tree and fresh smoothies every day. She let us do our laundry for free, moved cars around when we struggled to back out, and offered recommendations for the city. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to everyone I know. Nanette is so sweet and kind, it's truly like staying with family.

Hopwood Bed & Breakfast is situated in Taihape and has recently renovated accommodation, a kitchenette and mountain views. This bed and breakfast features free private parking, a housekeeping service and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Everything was beautiful and it was so peaceful. Leah added so many special touches and everything was there that you needed. The homemade muffins were divine! It was very clean and tidy and felt like a home away from home! Location is nice quiet and very close to the ocean. Also nearby a very tasty fish and chips restaurant. The city center is only 7 minutes by car.
