The best garden at a hotel I’ve stayed at in South Asia (including fruit trees). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is great. Good value. They actually have hot water that works. Most importantly though, the family running it is incredibly friendly and helpful and go the extra mile. Even the wifi is decent.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just a place to sleep — it was an experience of peace, nature, and warm hospitality. The villa itself is beautifully designed — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with traditional Balti touches that give it both character and charm. Waking up to panoramic views of the mountains and the sound of flowing water was the kind of peaceful moment I didn’t know I needed. What stood out most, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They were always ready with a cup of chai, local stories, or travel tips that made exploring Skardu even more meaningful. The food? Deliciously homemade! Every meal felt personal — from freshly cooked parathas at breakfast to traditional Balti dishes for dinner. The best part was the villa’s location — close enough to explore famous spots like Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, and Shigar Fort, yet secluded enough to feel like your own private hideaway in the mountains. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple seeking quiet, or a group chasing northern adventure, Creek Villa offers something special: a slice of Skardu that feels like home.

We got free breakfast in our room as per our schedule, the owner Shabbir was the kindest and made all the efforts to make our stay comfortable. The view was amazing, the owner had his own cars, that too on a reasonable rates so we never had to run after any driver or tour guide. Will again choose the same resort for my stay!

Sikandar bhai and his team are exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. Privacy is top-notch, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Overall, it’s excellent value for money. We were offered a complementary bonfire on our last night at the guest house.

They arranged transport from another city at a great price and gave us helpful tips to get around. The homemade meals are a must-try — every dish was delicious. Our host was attentive, helping us plan activities and suggesting alternatives when the weather changed, like the Khaplu Palaces. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay with stunning views and fantastic hospitality!
