We had a small, cosy, and perfectly equipped house of our own. Peter gave excellent tips what to see and where to go. Jenny offered us a delicious and very special breakfast. The B&B also provided complimentary brand-new kajaks which we made use of in the nearby fjord. We very much liked the surroundings. We can recommend to spend more than just two or three days there.

The forest surroundings are beautiful and quiet, and our cottage was unique experience for or kids (turf roof). The manager was very communicative, friendly and helpful, and even rescued our child's lost toy! Breakfast was very tasty. The price is normal for this region, and we felt it was a good value. You will be asked to bring your own linens or pay for them, and clean up when you leave; many accommodations in Sweden do this, don't be taken aback :-) We'd stay here again any time!

Lekanders Bär & Boende has been owned by the same family for 9 generations. Each room has a bathroom with a shower. Some feature a private patio. Such a charming farm that goes back ten generations! The owners were incredibly kind, and the facility was everything we expected and more. Alice the cat was a nice touch upon arrival. The breakfast buffet included a homemade cake that was out of this world!
