We stayed here before and after our time In Koh tao and we loved both our visits there, one time we got a room without window and we requested for another room and they gave us instantly, very good costumer service and we felt very heard and good overall. Nice smell, no toxic Perfume sprays. Just natural cleanness. White sheets and nice towels. 10/10
