The breakfast is excellent, I love the afternoon tea, evening tea. Both served with delicious cookies and or croissants. I always stay in the Wild Pigeon room. So cozy and comfortable.

Boasting a terrace and views of sea, Somerset House Inn is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Provincetown, 500 metres from Ryder Street Beach. We were blown away with the B&B. The friendly staff from the minute we walked through the door. Our bags were carried to the room and the great hospitality didn’t stop throughout our stay. Courtney , the inn owner, made an amazing breakfast every morning that we enjoyed with coffee on her front deck and people watched for hours. We also really enjoyed a little happy hour in her beautiful parlor with the victrolla playing when we returned from the beach and met some really interesting people, we plan to stay in touch with, during our stay. Courtney went above and beyond for us and her guests. Being a single woman, new in owner is not easy but she was amazing and she, her staff and her inn are a home run! We truly miss it there already and can’t wait to go back!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Featuring free bikes, the 3-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property is allergy-free and is set 2.4 km from Cold Storage Beach. Phil & Silvia were great hosts, and made us feel welcome from check-in, all the way through to our last minutes on the property. They provided plenty of recommendations; places to eat, things to do and see, etc. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Lots of windows to let in natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. All amenities were provided (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.). The water pressure in the shower was great. Air conditioning worked well. The property was no different, it was very well maintained. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the property; bean bag toss, mini soccer nets, lots of chairs around the pool. There was a grilling area with grilling utensils. There was also a family of resident goats tucked away in their own little corner of the property. They provided complimentary continental breakfast each morning. They provided us with bikes (incl. Helmet and bike lock) to ride around town and fitness equipment (yoga mats, small weights, elastic bands, foam roller, etc.) to do some exercises in our room. Great location, nearby to great restaurants, ice cream, liquor, convenience stores, beaches, etc... We can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend Sesuit Harbor House to anyone visiting Cape Cod.

John and Melanie were amazing and truly made sure we had the most wonderful stay and all our needs were met. They truly go above and beyond and have many hidden gem tips for the area. Breakfast was also amazing!! Delicious bagels, fruit salad and much more Free coffee and tea all day long in the lobby! Our stay was truly amazing and we hope to come back some day

Hosts were great and very helpful .We arrived early and they had a room ready and let us check in. They gave us a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Ir meant we could drop our bags and start our exploring. Bed was super comfy!! Had the best nights sleep and that is a real bonus, as I suffer with joint pain.
