Kim is very organized, the house is immaculate, the art is sooooooo interesting, and she couldn't do enough for you!!! Sadly, I am dealing with many dietary issues and Kim was more than accommodating and breakfast was the best! We will come back to see the other colour of rooms LOL and will recommend this location to everyone!! Don't waste your money on cold, sterile brand hotels and come here for a total treat!!!!

Very spacious but still cosy, clean and well equipped rooms. Great homely reception with family games and close to Grand Canyon. But best of all - amazing support from Becky our host! We were snowed on unexpectedly and she did everything she could to get us on our flight the next morning when we were unable to drive out - amazing!!

The host was very flexible on breakfast options, I had eggs on a toasted bagel, but there were many options available. The place is back from the main road so is quiet, it was easy to find and generally the host was just very easy going while I was staying there.

The history of the property and the location are just brilliant. Our room was number 4, lovely and clean, spacious and with modern amenities but steeped in original history. The self check-in and check out was really smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Williams.
