Featuring an outdoor pool and a hot tub, Comfort Inn Flagstaff South I-17 Flagstaff is 5 minutes’ drive from Northern Arizona University. WiFi access is provided. A free breakfast is served to guests daily. Of particular note was the shower modifications for those of us in walkers and wheelchairs. The seat, the handrails, and the shower wand made it much safer for those of us who are mobility impaired. I appreciate that as I use a walker now.

Located in the picturesque town of Williams and nestled along Arizona's historic Route 66, the Comfort Inn Near Grand Canyon hotel is within walking distance to the Grand Canyon Railway train depot. This railroad offers relaxing rail rides to the Grand Canyon National Park and is home to the Polar Express. We stayed one night on our two week trip, everything was great. We needed laundry facilities, luckily there was one in the hotel so we didn't have to look for it. The staff were very helpful.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The kitchen was very spacious and every kitchen utensil you could think of was provided. Large walk in closet to store luggage and in room full size washer and dryer were unexpected. Each room had it's own private patio or balcony. Huge backyard with a gazebo and gas grill if you wanted to BBQ or dine outside. Cleaning staff was prompt every morning to clean the common areas. Rooms were all carpeted and our room on the first floor had a gas fireplace for heating...very cosy.

At the inn, each room is equipped with a patio. Rooms are fitted with a desk and a flat-screen TV, and some rooms at Red Garter Inn have a balcony. The rooms have a wardrobe. Unique property, nicely restored, clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay there.

Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and Belgian waffles. The hotel's lobby offers fireplace seating. The room was clean and cosy. The bed was really comfortable. Most welcome after a long journey!
