Don’t hesitate to book a room in Liviti, it is the perfect place to be. The landscape is fantastic, the room is very comfortable and beautiful with air conditioning. The owner and her family are the nicest and most helpful hosts we have ever met. The breakfast is gorgeous and the owner can also prepare an extraordinary dinner for you. She can book a taxi for you and a bus as well if needed. What a fantastic BnB!

This guesthouse is one of the best we stayed in during our trip to Armenia. The people who work there run a winery, as one of the guys explained to us. We had the opportunity to taste their homemade wine and products during dinner and breakfast. The dishes they offered us were delicious and very tasty. The rooms were modern and simple. The common outside space was big and perfect for relaxing, thanks also to Choko, their sweet dog. And the position is perfect for visiting Areni-1 cave and Noravank monastery, two pearls in during our trip.

The property is located in a quiet village spot and is surrounded by a beautiful orchard. Everything was clean and comfortable, the host was very friendly, and we loved our stay. Highly recommend. (Also, try her dried peaches, they are to die for!)

The owner, Ani, was super friendly! The room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a good position to visit Areni, Noravank and the rest of the region. Ani treat us with sweets (she backed them in the night and made us try them), a delicious breakfast, Apple from her garden and she also made us taste their home made wine! Super!! Highly recommended! Awesome place! This is a house hidden among beautiful big trees featuring several rooms, some of which are air-conditioned. One special room is located at a treehouse, however, it is very cosy bordering with small, so I would recommend it to fresh couples only. But the main shout out goes to the friendly and generous hosts who not only provide the rooms but also serve a delicious full-stack Armenian dinner. And, as this is a wine country, it is accompanied by local wine and liquor in no short supply. All in all, an exceptional experience.

While the hospitality of Armenian people is legendary and yet the kindness, caring and warmth of the family that hosted was beyond legendary. We felt totally at home. Both the dinner and the breakfast they served us were exceptional (everything they serve they either produce themselves or buy from their neighbours in the village). And the family’s lush garden from where you can see the surrounding mountains took our breath away. Needless to say, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. In summation: sometimes you really wish you could give 11 out of 10 grade.

The garden was beautiful for picnics and the owners were so friendly, giving us fresh produce from their garden. It was very hot in summer but there was a fan for the bedroom which helped. Really nice spot to base yourself to explore the wine region
