The apartment is huge, well-equipped, and situated in a nice quiet area. It is not too far from the city centre. It is a perfect place for companies as well, as the rooms are well separated. The kitchen is also nicely equipped. I would definitely book this apartment again if I would return to Graz.

 A very friendly and nice hostess. Definitely again next time!  Everything you could need was there. We even got a surprise welcome gift for both the parents and the child!  Great internet connection,  Very clean newly furnished apartment with good beds  You feel at home in the apartment. Super clean, comfortable and well equipped, spacious, perfect base for visiting Graz and surroundings. Underground parking & washing machine were a big plus. Smooth check in, former complaints don't apply anymore, very detailed and clear instructions. In our room, the bed was disposed in a manner that no light from the small kitchen window was getting there. Even so, if anyone may consider this an issue, with a bit of imagination you can easily cover it :) Quiet, modern and overall highly recommended!
