A very unique and stylish place, one of a kind. Parking space right next to it, room very spacious, huge, well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Very nice and helpful staff, very clean, stylish furniture. Close walk to the town center with galleries, shops and restaurants. We were only surprised by the very early - around 5 pm - closure of most restaurants and galleries, but this is probably the standard that we observed during our trip around Australia. A charming town, in the vicinity of a very nice botanical garden with an aviary - an opportunity for a close relationship with exotic birds.

Bridle guesthouse was a surprising find. The room i stayed in was unexpectedly stylish and a room one would find in an inner city 5 star motel, the king sized bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of when morning came around, the views were amazing overlooking what appeared to be a working horse stud and really just such a relaxed environment, if I didn't have to return to work I would have stayed longer.

We recently stayed at one of Jander’s beautiful holiday homes in Maleny, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like a dream vacation. The house was absolutely stunning, and the welcoming basket filled with high-quality local products in the kitchen was such a thoughtful touch. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously designed with attention to detail. We truly appreciated how every aspect of the home was prepared with the guest’s comfort in mind, far exceeding our expectations. Only a few minutes out of Montville, but you feel like you are far, far away from the rest of the world. It's beautiful and so peaceful, and I felt like I could stay there forever. The view of the mini- lake, complete with lily pads and frogs, from the bedroom and living room was wonderful. Absolutely recommend 100% if you are looking for an escape. I think it's particularly suited to romantic escapes! The owner/ managers take excellent care of you without being even slightly intrusive. Hot, fresh baked croissants hung quietly and unobtrusively on your door every morning for breakfast! So many thoughtful little touches in the cottage, including a freshly laid fire ready to light! And you don't even notice other guests! I particularly loved how many birds were on the property, whipbirds, kookaburras, currawongs, butcher birds, frogmouths (I saw 4!) Yellow tailed black cockatoos, sulfer crested cockatoos, pale headed rosella, ibis, doves, ducks to name a few... It's perfectly located to explore the sunshine coast hinterland, but if you were so inclined you could never leave the property for your whole stay! Just a note for anyone trying to work on holiday, there's no wifi and certain mobile sim cards will drop in and out of service, just as they do in the whole hinterland area. I'm not putting this in the category of things I disliked because it was not important to me.

    We had a separate little cottage within the grounds of another building, totally private and very quiet. We did need a car to get down to Maleny Village, rather than a 'short stroll'. The cottage was beautifully set out and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding warm and cozy. It was very clean and tidy and a place for everything.

    Amazing views and loved the day bed on the balcony for reading. The villa position took advantage of the sun for hours each day. The fire place was also great once the temperature cooled down.

    We stayed in the villa/ the original house; it had all the comforts you could need for a relaxing stay. There was plenty of living areas spacious bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen beyond what you would expect for a holiday house.
