Distance to MR township was only a short 7 minute drive and so quiet. It was cosy with extra blankets if it was cool or if you wanted to sit outside in the winter sunshine and escape a bit of wind. We usually rent a house and this was a last minute short stay - we had low expectations expecting we wouldn’t want to spend much time there. The villa was well equipped, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful garden view. Pub entertainment and restaurant food was excellent and the staff super accommodating. The house was well appointed, with all of the cooking and laundry amenities that a family of 6 needed. The house was a bit chilly for us, despite the 2 heating units - but the electric blankets on the king size beds and the extra blankets in the twin bed rooms were a very nice touch!
