Fantastic renovated historic house in a medieval village above the river. Great place to discover the surroundings with many well known and lesser known (swimming in crystal clear Trebizak river) attractions. The views are stunning. This is a pioneering effort to bring back Pocitelj to its pre-war glory days. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is quite comfortable and there is enough space for storage even under the bed. The owner, even with a small misunderstanding we had, treated us great. And I even forgot a jacket and he went out of his way to get it to me.

Last night at this Airbnb was like staying with a long-lost aunt we didn’t know we had. The place itself was spotless and cozy, but the real highlight was our host showing up with a homemade cake. Yes, a cake! Not just any cake—this was the kind of cake that makes you question your entire life’s choices, like why you’ve never moved in here permanently. We booked a bed and got dessert therapy included. Honestly, forget Michelin stars—this lady deserves a whole constellation. If you want a stay that makes you feel welcome, full, and slightly guilty for eating half a cake at midnight… book here immediately.

    This was probably the best house we've ever stayed at! Old charm combined with modern amenities. We enjoyed all the beautiful details and the way the house is decorated. The village is quiet and the views from the little balcony are phenomenal! The splash pool helps cooling off during the hot summer days. The village is ideally located for visits in the surrounding areas.

    The villa was beyond wonderful. Traditional yet modern, every detail was thought out. Quality construction and furnishing and incredible landscaping. Location mind blowing. Host went above and beyond. I can’t wait to come back.

    The location, the atmosphere, the surrounding all amazing. The villa is located in a middle-aged village, breathtaking. The villa is well equipped, the pool small, but fantastic. The top terras lovely, the view on the old village magnificent. We have traveled around the globe for years, from now on, this place is an of our top favourites, for sure.
