I loved that it was out of town in a small village. It was an authentic experience. The cottages have been built by local artisans with local materials. The bedding and towels were beautiful, and the beds were so comfortable! Irene and her staff were so kind to us and helped us have the best Kasane experiences. Also, Tuna made dinner and breakfast for us. They were the best meals we had in Kasane!

The hospitality offered by our host was top notch.From the get-go, he proved to be a very experienced,warm host. Offered us free shuttle service from the airport,even facilitated a tour of Kasane and Kazungula,took us across the bridge to Zambia at no extra cost, and arranged a day trip for us to Victoria falls👏👏. Support staff was equally enthusiastic about ensuring our comfort. Rooms are clean and well kept,linen fresh with toiletries replenished daily. After sales service left us with nothing to say but "wow" because 3 days later, Dan called to check that we travelled back safe. A definite gem if you're looking for an affordable,safe, quiet stay.

What I loved the most about my stay in Africa was definitely the staff. Boa and Letti are fantastic! They make you feel right at home from the very beginning, always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very comfortable, cool, and offers great value for money. Such a nice place at an affordable price, comfortable beds, restaurant where you can watch birds and in the evening a warthog comes by, good breakfast and own pier at the river where the sunset boat cruise start, very convenient for travelers not on an organized tour. It's also very close to the center/shopping mall, where you can buy whatever you need and also change money (in front of the mall is a bank). For solo travellers going to Maun on bus, there is only 1 direct connection overnight. For day connection you have to change in Natta but it's a safe connection (long but with local fun).

Superb view from the riverside apartments (they call them villas): Chobe river with Namibia on the opposite shore, hipopotamuses, BIRDS Game safaris with competent guides Nearby (5 min walk) to ATM's, Nando chicken restaurant, Shoprite store Free late check out and airport transportation (noon) Pool for the kids Friendly staff

The staff is very welcoming and helpful They have always been so kind, when we left we asked if they could prepare us some breakfast to take away as we were leaving early in the morning with a long drive ahead us, they did and it was delicious! They also organised a couple of tours for us and everything went great! The room is clean and comfortable and we also loved the fact that is situated in a village away from tourist but not far from the centre (walking distance)
