The building had outdoor parking, barbecue and laundry room that is very handy for a lont stay. The self check in is very easy and convenient. Everything in Exclusive 5,5 was just perfect and all you need for accommodation was there. Very comfortable even up to 8 adults. Two bathrooms, very spacy kitchen with all needed technic and dishes, 4 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 2 with Twin beds).Really ideal stay for us for one night, but definitely also for longer if needed. Very close also to wonderful Stein am Rein old town, around 1 km (photos of old town added).

The place is a loft rather than a villa, but very modern, spacious and comfortable. We were 5 adults and 2 kids, and there was plenty of space for all. It's great for music lovers - there is not only an excellent sound system, but even a well tuned grand piano! The kitchen is modern and well equipped, perfect to cook for a large extended family. The location is very convenient, 20 minutes drive from Zurich airport, but very quiet. Best of all is the host, extremely friendly and helpful!
