I like this place very much! The room is very well decorated and comfortable. The location is very convenient. It takes one or two hundred meters to walk to the subway station, and the surrounding living facilities are also very convenient. In particular, the shopkeeper was very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of travel advice and help.

This is the first time we stay at the Oak Wood. The room was so nice and clean. The staff was very nice from house keeping to the staff at the front desk and the bell man. Especially, I would like to thank you the manager, Jimbo. He was so helpful when we need to extend our stay due to the fair was longer than we thought. I'm often traveling for business and will stay at this hotel again.

Location is perfect with very convenient shuttle bus to Canton fair, just a few minutes away. Our appartment (3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms in 48th flloor) was very spacious. Kitchen has small equipment for cooking but good enough, we didn't need anything more then was was provided. Also washing machine and dryer were very usefull. We got new, clean towels every day, eventhough it was not needed. The place is very quiet and relaxing. I was very happy also with the hotel staff, and did not have any bad experience with non English speaking hotel personal. Especially Mrs. Maggie was very helpfull when we needed to go souvenier shopping, she adviced us cool places to go and recommended what to buy and took care about taxi. Thank you very much! It was really pleasure!

It is near Beijing Road. The room has everthing you need as microwave, wash mashine, iron, refrigerator….ıf you want, The housekeeping cleans the room everyday. The receptions help us very much, especially thanks to one of them but I don’t know his English name. He immediately solves every problem we had although he does not speak english:)
