We booked this place for a weekend to meet up with couple of friends. We booked 3 apartments in the building and all 3 places were very cozy and clean. The place is right in the center and not too far from parking area B (7min walking) where you are able to park your car (weekend is for free). Access to the building/flat is working with a unique code which is automatically generated ahead of time for each guest. It was easy to use and very convenient. The communication with the owners was very easy and fast. We originally booked this place for September 2024 and had to reschedule last minute due to the bad weather conditions and floods reported for that time. The owners allowed us to reschedule with no extra costs even the cancellation would not be possible free of charge at that point. That was a great gesture, and we really appreciated it. We will be coming back :)

The rooms are fantastic and very beautiful, the property as a whole is very nice. The breakfast was simply wonderful and so were the rest of the facilities. The location is close a few public transportation stops, making it easier to travel around Brno.

Great apartment in the quiet area of Brno. Spotless, fully equipped, comfortable, with very fast wi-fi. Private parking provided, once you park, you don’t have to worry about your car anymore. Pretty close to the city center (app. ten minutes drive), as well as shopping malls (max 20 minutes). Maximum rating, it exceed our expectations. However, if maximum rating is 10, I give 100 for the owner’s kindness and dedication. He took an extra mile to help us on personal level with an item we forgot at the apartment, and made sure we got it the same day. Perhaps it was not such a big deal for him, but, in this particular situation, it meant a whole lot to me and my daughter. Thank you very very much!
