The complete visit at VJS guest house was wonderful NO COMPLAINTS at all I would recommend it to anyone. The owners is extremely nice, very loving, and the guest house very clean very much open to feel like you are home, so basically home away from home. The view is awesome. You can look at all the water across the road. I want to thank the owners for allowing me to have such a comfortable warming. Nice stay at there guest home.

Great spot if you have a car. Only a few minutes drive from major tourist attractions both north and south. Great host, easy to communicate with. Nice sunset views to have a few beers on the balcony after a long day. Would definitely go back

We loved our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and great value for money The bathroom in our en-suite bedroom was amazing with jacuzzi bath and shower/wet room . We wanted to see the less touristy east coast of Dominica and this was perfect. The hosts were so friendly and kind and made us very much at home.. I would highly recommend a car if you were to stay in the area.

I liked the location. The owner was super friendly. whenever I had a question he was always available. just the perfect location * away from the town just 5 minutes nested in the mountain view. perfect location . I would highly recommend this place to any one visiting the island. two rooms, two washrooms with baths and toilet. kitchen and living and dining area. WiFi , TV etc

Location was perfect. There were three restaurants within 1 minute walk that were all exceptional. Location is 20 minutes from the airport and the best beach in Dominica...Batibau. The host was extra informative and sweet. If you decide to stay close to the Capital you would have to drive 1.5hrs to get there compared to the 20minutes in Calibishe.

It's difficult to explain how special this place is, I cannot recommend it enough! The view, restaurant, bar, the locals, the village - all incredible. The family that run this place are some of the nicest people I met in the Caribbean. I stayed in a tree house and felt super safe (left my luggage, laptop etc there), note that there is a short walk to the main building to use electricity and toilet if you're staying in a tree house. I had the dinner one night and it was delicious, spoke to other guests who did it every night and said it was different each time. Very easy 30 minute walk to Trafalgar Falls, 2 minutes to a small kiosk and bakery in the village.
