Apartment was excellent. Very comfortable. Everything there were just to let us feel comfortable and relaxed. Really enjoyed staying there, felt very welcomed. Hosts not only provided all cooking essentials (including spices, salt and oil),but even small and large towels and umbrella for the beach, what was very nice gesture to do. There was also comfortable sofa on the balcony as well as possibilities to wash and iron our clothes, what for two week stay was very good option. In the building were we were staying are plenty of apartments and sometimes its possibilities that other guests could be loud, hosts let us earplugs so our sleep if necessary wouldn't be disturbed (we didn't needed) Hosts were very friendly, showed us fastest way to the the closest supermarket, as well as recommended us fantastic beach were to relax and enjoy our stay as well as suggested place for paella. Apartment has very good location. Downhill walk takes 5 - 7 5 - 7 min to main bus station and 20 minutes till the Vistas beach what we visited the most. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and definitely would love to return again.

Loved this apartment perfect for a solo travel or a couple. Everything was spotless clean had all the mods and cons. Has a massive terrace which you can sit on and have your breakfast , centrally located loads of restaurants bars around the region and literally 10 minutes walk to a beach so all in all I would highly recommend Thank you Giorgio for your hospitality. A very very decent man and I will definitely be back soon.

The location was perfect to access all the different areas in tenerife, everything was in walking distance. Our hosts were super friendly, they met us as a soon as we arrived, before our check in time which was extremely helpful as we had all of our bags, they showed us around, and also left us some complimentary drinks. The appartment was exactly how it looked at the photos, the balcony is super spacious and the pool was fun and clean and all the locals we're very friendly. On our last day our check out was at 11, our flight was not until the night, they let us stay for the full day so we didn't have to carry out bags around, thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful accommodation, we will definitely be back again.

very nice bright apartment. luxurious terrace overlooking the ocean. responsive hostess, quickly solves all problems. hot water, gas and internet are always very good. 3 minutes walk to the beach. shops are very close, bus stop too. We were very pleased. Muchas gracias!!! we'll be back again.

Paul's apartment was beautiful. Very modern and clean. The location was ideal with a few mins walk to the beach, a shop just around the corner and a taxi rank very close by. The views of the balcony were beautiful! Loved our stay!

The location is excellent for the beach, shops and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is instantly warm and powerful. The accommodation provides everything you need as a base for a perfect holiday. The pool is fantastic and only ever a few people there. The host is the most friendly and helpful host you could ask to meet.

A very cosy apartment in the heart of los cristianos just a couple of minutes of walk from the beach and the main restaurants. It also has all the amenities ideal for short and long stays like a washing machine, kitchen facilities, coffee machine etc. Cornelia has been very friendly and helpful, she always reached out straight away for any assistance. She also helped me to with the directions on how to move to my next location. I did love the view overlooking the sea from the living room, I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from there before going out for the night! Thank you very much Cornelia for a pleasant stay, you’ve been wonderful!

    We met on arrival, very welcoming, friendly and very informative. There was 4 of us staying at this beautiful villa. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, fresh towels bedding. Very central to shops, supermarkets and day/evening entertainment.

    We have had a lovely holiday at Summerland holiday home. Location was great, pool bar brilliant, fantastic pool, our apartment was spacious and spotless and endless amounts of fresh towels. The room was cleaned for us during our stay and felt like home. We had contact with the owner on arrival and were made very welcome with snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch. We will look to book again In the future. Thanks again.

    Great, quiet location, lovely sitting on the porch listening to the birds chirping but still only 10 minutes walk from bars, cafes, shops & restaurants. The villa itself is huge with great indoor & outdoor space. It is not a ultra modern villa but comfortable & homely with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday.

    This villa is amazing! It's very spacious and peaceful and the swimming pool and gardens are fantastic. It's location at the edge of Los christianos is perfect. The villa faces a beautiful mountain so the views are lovely. As a group of friends we loved it all. We only had one problem with the sunbeds being damaged and quite dangerous to use. However I have been assured that they were going to be replaced, it's just a pity they weren't replaced whilst we were there.

    my family had a great vacation at Mar Holiday Home. The location is great, near Mercadona, next to a great beach. I also liked the pool, there were always free sunbeds. The complex is locked, so there were no strangers. The atmosphere was very quiet and calm. It was easy contact staff and ask for help.
