The apartment has the perfect location to explore and enjoy Kolymbari. The beach is 50 metres away, the nearest supermarket is also within a few minutes walk. It is very well equipped too. The host, Eva was one of the kindest ones I've ever encountered. She was attentive, thougtful, available anytime. She also left some fruits and biscuits for our arrival, which was extremely kind and thougtful. We would go back anytime, strongly recommended.

Beautiful villa, superb location 5 mins from the beach with spacious living and bedrooms, ample wardrobes and a fantastic private pool (which we used often!) Excellent local restaurants within walking distance and 5 mins from the very good bus service (travel early) going West to Kissamos or East to Chania. The villa is fully air conditioned with easy to use control units which we liked very much. We didn't cook at the villa but there is a fully stocked kitchen should you with to. The hosts were exceptional, met us on (delayed) arrival, showed us around, arranged regular cleaning, trips, gave advice and provided a fridge full of delicious fruit. They really couldn't have done more to make our stay better and I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you Argiris, we plan to book again!

I have stayed at the Avra imperial hotel every year for the past 14 years now and this time I wanted to try the Avra apartments for a change. It was very private, comfortable rooms with mostly local businesses around. You can still use all the facilities in the hotel so I really recommend this option if you want to experience the life in the little fishing village.

We had a wonderful stay at Louladakis Apartments. The guys at the reception were awesome, we were able to check in a bit earlier which was great, he gave us some great tips and tricks, always there to help and answer all our questions and very polite and helpful. They were able to give us beach umbrellas to use them while we were there, the ladies who were cleaning our rooms were very cheerful and polite, the rooms were very clean, we had a drying rack on the balcony and the AC was very nice. The building has an elevator too, which was very surprising but useful for elderly people maybe or if you have many luggages. There is a jacuzzi on the last floor, we didn’t use it but the view from there is amazing at night, it is a nice addition. We definitely enjoyed our stay here, and recommend with our whole hearts. By the way, i saw in reviews others complaining about the noise from the 2 restaurants across the building, we didn't hear any noise, it was very peaceful at night so no need to worry about that, and we were there during the high season I would say in August. Many thanks to everyone at the Louladakis! We've had a very pleasant stay there!

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by the incredibly kind and thoughtful owner. She clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience, and it shows in every detail. When we entered the room, we were touched to find a beautiful arrangement of local welcome treats—fresh seasonal fruits, homemade sweets, and a traditional drink. It was such a warm and generous gesture that immediately made us feel at home. The location was also perfect—just a short and pleasant walk to the beach. In the evenings, the gentle sea breeze would drift through, creating the most peaceful and calming atmosphere. It was the kind of place where you could truly unwind and enjoy every moment. Our stay was nothing short of fabulous. Every detail was thoughtful, the room was spotless and cozy, and the hospitality was exceptional.     Easy entry. The family met us and made us feel welcome. The villa was exceptionally clean and well put together. Basics were available and it was very well renovated. Nothing moved, everything is new or seems new. The pool is clean, the water pressure is good. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The beds are comfortable. The hosts left us olive oil and vegetables from the garden. This is on of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in over 100.

    The villa is beautiful, comfortable and modern with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The views of the sea and the mountains are spectacular. The environment is very quiet and close to beaches and restaurants, although it is essential to have a car. The hosts are charming, they had many details with us and attended to all our requests with great diligence. It is, without a doubt, a totally recommendable accommodation.

    This is a hidden gem! The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the village as well as the location of the apartment is very quiet even during high season. The apartment is modern and well-equipped and there is everything one might need. The air conditioning is very efficient, which is great during summer and heatwaves!
