This villa is simply perfect! In every way. There is so much space, complete silence around (the villa is located on a hill with no neighbors nearby). The host explains everything in detail, and even if you still have questions, he is always available. The house has EVERYTHING – and that’s no exaggeration. Absolutely everything you might need. An ideal home. In addition, there is a wonderful beach and a great restaurant nearby, both within walking distance.

The house had everything we needed. Attention to details was given. There were extra bed linen, towels , pillows etc. Quite and relaxing environment, beautiful view. Very good communication with our host. All in all a memorable stay.

Statis was the best host anyone can imagine! We were stuck in Chorto during the 'Daniel' storm in Pelion, without the ability to travel, no electricity, and floods all over. Statis went out of his way to make us comfortable and safe. With no restaurants or food stores open, he cooked for us, and kept us up-to-date with developments and road conditions. When weather finally permitted, he drove with his car in a convoy with all other guests, guiding us through the mountains all the way to a safe place, where we could continue on our own to Thessaloniki. Other then being a wonderful host, Statis is simply and exceptional person - the greatest host you'd ever want!!

It is a small house with two apartments that share a common yard. Quiet place in the limits of the village of Syki. Great view of the Sporades and Evvoia and the nightsky. Nice garden or rather orchard, free parking space, excellent value for money.

We've been Skiathos before so this was in a perfect location for us near Skiathos town & local bus service. Modern rooms with comfortable bed. Hi-light for me was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room...waking up to a lovely coffee, perfect. Also breakfast basket of goodies & water. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. Owners were lovely & always helpful. Definitely will be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Skiathos! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful — she welcomed us with fresh fruit, wine, and a delicious homemade banana bread! The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to restaurants and the port.     The host and her daughter were really friendly and provided lots of information on the surroundings and local culture. The house gave us the traditional Greek village experience. Paltzi beach nearby is beautiful and when it was windy it was only 30 minutes drive to the other side of the peninsula (olive beach -excellent beach to stay the day)
