Although Stratoni is industrial town, we really enjoyed its Sleepy atmostphere with no tourists, empty beach and still enough places to discover thanks to Savva's guides. We like spacious apartment with all equipment we need. We really felt like home. Thank you Jean Franco. Hope your tomatos and peppers grows up. We have watered them everyday. Our stay at Klusouri Beach Villa was simply exceptional, and it all started with the unparalleled hospitality of our hosts. We were greeted with a delicious homemade cake, a fridge stocked with refreshments, and fresh fruit from their own garden. Throughout our stay, they made sure we had everything we could possibly need, from coffee and tea to a full supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials. It was the warmest welcome we have ever received. We were a group of seven, spanning three generations, and for 10 wonderful days, the villa became a perfect haven for everyone. Our parents found their bliss in the beautifully maintained, quiet garden and loved the short, 5-minute stroll to the serene, non-commercial beach nearby. Our teenagers were thrilled with the enormous amount of space, which gave them the privacy and freedom to hang out and have their own fun. For us, the generation in between, the quiet mornings spent sipping coffee on the sunbeds were pure magic, while the vibrant atmosphere of amazing beaches like Xiropotamos and Ierissos were just a 5-10 minute drive away. But our favorite moments were the ones we all shared: enjoying our meals together on the magnificent terrace with its stunning sea view. The location is absolutely ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful and intimate vacation, surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to everything you need. A Lidl supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away, and a fantastic selection of restaurants, shops, and lively beach bars are also within easy reach. The villa itself is equipped to perfection. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine, and the bathrooms are stocked with more than just the basics. The hosts have truly thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable, including mosquito protection, beach toys for the kids, and plenty of beach chairs.

This property is absolutely amazing, looks great on the photos but in reality it is even better, this is definitely a boutique style apartments! Everything to the smallest detail is done perfectly! It is very close to the beach and restaurants, and very calm in the evening for good sleep. The owners are extremely helpful, friendly and showed great hospitality, we even got an upgrade of our room.

Accommodation is baby-friendly. It is located in a closed garden, where there are swings, toys, bouncers, and a tree house. Accommodation is nice, clean, modern. The owner is very nice, friendly, hospitable, good english speaker. He welcomed us with an excellent dinner - grilled fish with salad and a wine. During our stay, he brought us various gifts several times - melon, cake, homemade liqueur, etc. They changed our sheets and towels during our one-week stay. Washing maschine was available. The accomodation is 3 minutes from beach. We were satisfied with everything.

    The villa is spacious and cool. Comfortable and airy living room, modern kitchen, cozy bedrooms, clean bathroom, terraces for the evening. Greek and Belgian style in one :-) The area is calm, away from the croud. The beach is top. All that is needed for relaxation and refreshing summer experience.

    I like everything about this property. :) You get the whole first ground of the house, together with the yard and a balcony, from where you can watch the beautiful moon every night. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and created with attention to detail. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and bakery. The village is very quite and cosy as well, yet filled with life.

    A brand new apartment with all facilities, very well furbished. 200 m from the beach, 200 m from the pastry, 200 m from tavernas, 200 m from the market. WiFi was stable, so I did a little work also. The hosts and overall the people in the village are very nice people and if we come back to Stratoni, we'd definitely stay here again.
