A warm welcome by Geraldine, giving us tea and scones making us feel at home right from the start. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom where spotless. The cooked breakfast is wonderfully prepared by Joe and Geraldine and extra wishes are fulfilled to full satisfaction. Selection of cereals, fresh fruit and selection of spreads round things off nicely. Geraldine and Joe are wonderful and went the extra mile, making our stay memorable. Fabulous house. Ann was on hand for anything we needed including lengthening our stay. She could now have been more accommodating. Home made scones on arrival. The house has every amenity you could need. It’s warm, comfortable and spacious. I could not recommend more
