The place is situated in an oasis outside the town of Arad. You get the desert experience, but without giving up the option of a supermarket or other comforts of civilization. cAmEls! If you like camels or one or more of your children like them, this is a great place for you o feed, pet and even ride them. You have an option of sleeping in a Bedouin tent, a hut or even a comfortable modern room. Some guests brought their own popup tents and set them inside the Bedouin tent, to get max privacy and protection from the elements. A peaceful spacious light flat with a fabulous balcony with great views towards the Dead Sea and Jordan. Very clean and convenient, with good quality bedlinen. Rivka kindly met me with her kibbutz vehicle to help me with my luggage, and checked in regularly to see if everything was OK, and with crucial advice including for booking my bus to Eilat! It is a beautiful kibbutz!
