The place is very colorful and cozy. The atmosphere is magical. Try to believe! We enjoyed the design and the homemade food. The hotel is close to the Taj and you can see it from the rooftop. The dinner and breakfast is homemade in the kitchen and they make amazing Indian food. The staff is very kind and always available for any question.

I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews I read here and everything was true. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop is beautiful and cozy as well. We had the homecooked dinner which was delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Agra!

This one was a pleasant surprise. Run by an attentive and unvariably polite family, the place has nice, clean and surprisingly quiet rooms. Definitely better than we expected, specially for Agra. It is in a backstreet at a stone's throw of the road that takes you to the Taj Mahal East entrance, which turned out to be a nice evening stroll, also the next morning when we went to the Taj Mahal before dawn. The tv in the room had Prime movies, a ceiling fan and aircon, the bed was big and comfortable, the balcony was pretty sweet and we had a great breakfast by ourselves, both Indian (hollow bread wirh curry, jalebi) and Western (fresh omelette and toast, corn flakes and muesli available). There is only a single table for six in the dining room though. I don't see how they can make it work when several people are having breakfast at once. All in all, a solid choice. When you factor in the very reasonable price, even better. We'd definitely come back.

Everything! We stayed for 2 nights and the bed was very comfortable. I love the bed linens! We had all our meals there and it was delicious ! Devender pampered us like royals. He also arranged a tuktuk driver to take us to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great to cool us down. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Agra.

Mr. Barman is an exceptional host. The combination of his profound experience in tourism as former high official for the State of Utter Pradesh, his own international travel experiences and his many local connections make your stay at his homestay in Agra a likewise professional and yet personal acquaintance. Mr. Barman organized several trips for us within the city and its surroundings with reliable and friendly drivers in clean cars and organized on request also helpful guides for the sites. The rooms are very spacious and a special mention goes to the multi-layered water filter system on the roof that purifies all water to drinking water standards. The vegetarian dinner we had was delicious and we would like to thank our host for the insightful conversation we had on both economic and societal topics of contemporary India. We can warmly recommend this accommodation.
