Silvia the host and she immediately made us feel welcome. On the day of arrival she messaged us with all the details we would need for our stay here. Then throughout the stay she was always available to answer any questions we had. The property itself is really nice it had a good size swimming pool, a breakfast room with continental style breakfast available in the morning and a water machine and coffee machine for use throughout the rest of the day. The room was clean and was cleaned every other day to a very high standard. Location wise it is about a 20 min drive to the nearest beach and about a 3-5 min drive to the nearest shop which sold a good selection of food and drink. It was about a 25-30 min drive into Caligari centre. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, so much so we are thinking of coming back again in the near future. As many of the other reviews state it has a very relaxed, warm and homely feel to it. I would definitely recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and constant care, offering a variety of food, drinks, and snacks, ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout our stay. One aspect that must be highlighted is the sheer beauty of this place, which the pictures simply don't do justice. Absolutely amazing location right across the road from the beach. Beautiful terrace with the sea view. Everything was new and sparkling clean. The hosts left nice sweet touches such as fresh flowers and light refreshments. The communication was very easy too.

We enjoyed our stay in Vitoria rooms. The apartament is clean, modern and new, you have everything you need, moreover, it is cleaned an every two days and the towels are replaced. The location is great because it is close to the beach and Quartu’s city centre with many restaurants and cafes. Also, there are beach umbrellas for everyone :)

Everything you need in vacation is there, from a relaxing garden to the beautiful and romantic mountain view with the pool and the little sauna. The rooms are so clean and spacious with a decent interior and a kitchen who is perfectly equipped. The owners are very kind and helpful all the time, also they are available all the time via WhatsApp/Messenger or phone call. The property is placed in the middle of an orange plantation, so it’s perfectly quiet and familiar.
