Modernly designed chalet style rooms which are very comfortable. Francesca was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to help us out, not only with recommendations but with driving us to our destinations and providing a great deal of help when we needed it. Couldn’t have asked for more! The area is beautiful with lots to do especially with the children. Breakfast is plentiful and set on the upper floor enjoying the view.

Giovanni and his wife were lovely hosts and I have no reason to complain. Moreover both were super kind with every question I had and they've let me utilise the terrace to work some hours after breakfast time. The place is perfectly located near the old town of Cosenza and the view from the terrace is phenomenal. 100% recommended.

As an experienced and 'old' architect, I found this historic house absolutely stunning. This meticulously restored 17th-century building not only preserves the stories of yesteryears but elevates the experience with rooms that are nothing short of artfully curated masterpieces. The hosts have managed to strike the perfect balance between preserving the historical integrity of the house and providing the amenities expected by today's travelers. Amazing host, our stay was much better than anticipated. Breakfast was great, the room was beautiful and so comfortable. Great value for money. We had a dog with us and she even gave her a bed to sleep in. A beautiful Homemade cake and all!

The room was large, very modern and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable big bed. The room had windows that opened outside, was nice and light, squeaky clean and set in a secure, quiet location within walking distance to local attractions in the old town. Because we dont speak Italian and the owner was not on the site, he sent an English speaking woman within half an hour who explained everything to us and asked if we needed anything. We did need a double adapter (the TV, fridge and kettle all ran off one electricity outlet) and she returned within 20 minutes with it. She was extremely helpful. We explained that we were staying 2 nights and there was not much breakfast for 2 nights. She said it would be replenished.

Lovely room, clean and espacious.Locations is perfect to explore the city. Tommaso is very kind and accommodating. We appreciated that our two little dogs were also welcome. We enjoyed the breakfast in the little tabac shop over the bridge. Thank you! 😊
