The place is nice and comfortable, it's 2 minutes walk to main piazza. The house is on a hill so there is a great view to Mercatello. Maurizio is wonderful host, he was very attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed breakfasts a lot.

Our stay at Bibo's guesthouse was fantastic! A wonderful, stylish room and historic house in the heart of the beautiful historic center of the city. Very big, perfectly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, in a great location. With wonderful hosts who made us feel immediately at home. The place is absolutely extraordinary, very beautiful, very clean, renovated and arranged with very good taste, in the middle of nature, with such a clean and fresh air, and a lot of silence. The owners, Giovanna and Paolo, are the nicest and warmest people you can meet, very discreet, but ready to help and assist their guests with what they need. The rooms are beautiful and cosy, with very comfortable beds, large bathrooms with everything you need, and everything is sparkling clean. There is a shared living room and a shared kitchen, where you can cook and serve lunch or dinner, or you can serve meals outside, on one of the terraces. It is the perfect place for relaxation, very quite, and very romantic, ideal for those who want to enjoy nature, but also for those like us, who want to visit the nearby cities and villages, like Sansepolcro, Citta di Castello, Anghiari, Arezzo, Perugia, etc. The price is really honest for what they offer, you cannot find a comparable place in the area.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very well thought out construction with fine materials, clean, comfortable, everything you need is provided. Temperature was too chilly to use the pool, but it was lovely. Owners are very kind and helpful.
