Perfect location, right in the middle of Sirmione but still quiet enough to get a good sleep. Spotlessly clean, I think it may have been renovated recently because everything was new. Outside window shutters operated from inside that make the room pitch black- so good for a good night sleep! Would recommend this to anyone, it perfect for me and my boyfriend.

The apartment had amazing facilities, we could have spent a lot longer there! It was spacious and incredibly clean. The shutters went down completely enabling you to totally black out the room which was very useful for sleeping or having a nap after a hot morning exploring! Luisa, the hostess was lovely, the location was superb, close to the station but within easy walking distance of the lake. We would definitely stay again!!!

Serena is one of the loveliest and most welcoming hosts I've encountered. The entire place was sparkling -- in fact, immaculately clean -- and so charming, and my room was comfortably spacious. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is also ideal, very close to restaurants, bars, shopping, ferries. Serena was quite helpful in giving advice about how to find less crowded beaches and interesting things to do. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely B&B!

I recently stayed at an apartment and it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, and I truly appreciate her hospitality. The apartment itself was stunning, impeccably decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
