It is very remote but the next Shop is within 8min. We stayed in the grand Appartement as a Family of 5 adults and it suited our needs perfectly. Simon was a very kind host! Hopefully again!

I love giving the max rate and this is definetly a 10++++++ stars location! This place is the most amazing accomodation we've had in our travels, around Europe. If you want the real autentic feel of Tuscany, what you've seen in movies, read about, this is it! Cypress trees, vineyard, Tuscany hills, classic tenuta house, pool, terraces, silence, the views... The place is conviniently located, on a tiny secluded road from the main one, 50 min to Florence or Siena, 15 min to Arezzo, around 1h15 to the other cities you'll plan to visit. The rooms are better than in pictures, extremely clean, comfortable, all needed toiletries, lots of towels, nothing is missing! The hosts are the best you'll ever want, so friendly and available, with suggestions for everything you can do around, or here (you have a nice presentation video of their activities in the room). Breakfast is yumm, Italian style sweet & sour, plenty to choose from. You can go see the animals, walk around the vineyard, get some bikes for a promenade, picnics, stargazing, horse riding you name it! Too bad we dont have more time to spend here, but we will be back for sure 🤗

The host was very nice and helpful, we came late so we were able to get the keys from a box outside with a code. He left our italian sweet breakfast in advance, with juice boxes and fruits, there was a coffee machine, the view of the room was to the yard of the town. Bed was comfy, just a room a bit cold for an April in Italy. But in general perfect! Max, thank you!

    The owner, Simona, a wonderful and warm lady. Very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. She welcomes you with a smile, she offers you guidance of the village and its beauty. Rooms are spacious, comfortable cozy, clean, wonderful views, amazing scent everywhere. Breakfast was amazing, lovely tuscan cakes, delicious coffee and all set up in a cozy homelike atmosphere. Very quiet and serene and delicious.

    The host was very kind and baked fresh cackes, to have a fresh typical Italian breackfast every morning. The room was clean and as beautiful as in the pictures. Town Monte San Savino is stuning - a hidden gem with amazing food in the local restaurant. This village is as beautifull as many famous neighbouring Tuscan towns, but without the busy tourists. From the village it is only a short car ride Siena, Florence and other well known Tuscab beauties. Also nice that parking is available.

    Above expectations. Anna and Natascia were super friendly, and the villa and garden were great. I'd definitely recommend it and likely come back again when the pool is open (it was closed in April when we stayed there). Top!
