Apartment is located in the heart of Perugia, just a minute away from the cathedral. Despite being in the city center, it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and beyond. The host was thinking about every little detail (from ladies kit in the bathroom, to washing detergent for clothes, portable steam iron, hair straightener, you name it). We especially appreciated little bathroom gift for our child as well as that the host provided us with both baby chair, Netflix Kids and detailed instructions on whereabouts taking into consideration we have a small child. Breakfast included in the price in nearby local was amazing (great panini sandwich and wide selection of croissants and sweets). Both the apartment and the host Debora made our stay in exquisite Perugia even more magical.

I can safely say that this is one of the best hotels I've been to. The hotel is located in a very good location, literally 3 min on foot from the very center of the city, ten minutes from the mini metro that takes you to the main railway station. The hotel is based on a boutique hotel style, so its very moder. The rooms are large and spacious with a number of interesting details. Each room has a Bluetooth sound system where you can play music, which I really liked. Also, the bathroom has a shower, which has a number of options, which is a very nice detail. What particularly surprised me was the free mini bar, which they replenish every day. You can also use their umbrella and many other facilities. We had a paid breakfast which was very good especially for Italy. A large selection of cured meat products, fruits, juices and sweets. It's really worth paying extra for breakfast. In the end, I was particularly impressed by the staff, receptionist Lorenzo, Barbara and Monica. They helped us with recommending restaurants and cafes calling taxis and other things with their kindness they helped a lot to make our trip much easier pleasant and better. I literally have not one bad word to say about this hotel, only words of praise and I would always be happy to return to it.

Excellent location (could not imagine better one), communication with the owner very good and precize - so reaching the appartment was truely easy. The appartment itself cozy and clean with all the amenities you could need. It was smaller than expected, but for 2 people is absolutely suitable!

We were surprised and enjoyed every moment, including the house, the spaces, the design, the lovely couple who hosted us in a generous and kind way. The fine food that the owner's sister cooked. The pleasantness and the beautiful hospitality that Sima and Novolo gave us a feeling of home. Already dreaming of the next time to wake up in the morning to nature, peace and quiet.     This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

    On a 1 to 10 scale this place was a 15!!! Beautiful villas set in the rural countryside with gardens and olive trees everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!
