Excellent tranquil location in Tuscany hill-landscape. Wonderful big apartment with antique furniture. Excellent, rich breakfast, and we also enjoyed the first class dinners. During the day, we relaxed at the pool with a whirlpool corner. All in all, it is an excellent place for a chilling vacation.

Superb little find just around the corner from Pontremoli and the motorway and overlooking the Lunigiana hills. Quaint little agriturismo nestled in the hills, wonderful location and hosts are superb. Gigliola takes great pride in cooking for her guests every evening and we had a lovely local meal (and home grown wine! 😁). Cannot fault this place and we look forward to coming back and exploring more

The suites were large, very modern, and well appointed. The location was quiet but with several good eating options nearby. The breakfast was excellent and brought to our room. Our host, Elizabetta was wonderful and went out of her way to make us comfortable. A great stay!

Castello Malaspina di Tresana it’s the best castle I’ve ever seen, even better than Dracula’s castle from Transylvania.Marianna was an amazing host ,she prepared for us a great breakfast and a fantastic cappuccino. We had the opportunity to visit the whole castle and to enjoy a glass of wine on one its terraces . I recommend you to book a room here and you won’t regret it.

    Oh my, where do I start! What a wonderful place to stay. Marco and Marzia (many apologies if I have spelt your name incorrectly ☹️) were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the entire place to ourselves. It was so clean and comfortable. The villagers were wonderful too, very inviting and friendly. Such a peaceful place. So many good things to write about but I could go on and on and on! Eremo Gioioso is truly a must place to stay. Very accessible to lots of towns in the area.
