If you're planning on visiting the Emilia-Romagna region with a car, without spending a fortune, this place is great. Bologna is ~1h20m away, Modena is ~40-50min away. The place was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The furniture is in good shape. Parking is on the street, but there's always a free spot.

This place was great. The decoration was modern and clean. The place was really comfortable, and the room had heating available that you could adjust. The breakfast was exceptional, they had everything from sweets to juices, and sandwiches. They also had a map from the city and a lot of restaurant recommendations. It felt very safe too because you just had to input the code to enter.

Christian is an excellent host. Very warm welcome. He gave us good recommendations for restaurants. He left bottles of water, juices and snacks for us. Very appreciated. Beautiful apartment completely renovated, well equipped and spotless. Beds are so comfortable. A bit far from the central but the path is easy.

Wonderful place, with a very friendly and helpful host. Old interior, beautiful historic style, but renovated on an absolutely modern standard. Location very central between train station and the historic city center. Reggio is not a standard destination but very much worth a visit. We’d come back any time.
