We were travelling in a big family group and it was great to have a space for us all to share. It’s a comfortable walk from the station, and the house is clean, spacious and has everything you need! Check in and out went smoothly and the staff were kind and helpful. If you are travelling to Fukuoka in a big group, stay here!

We are frequent family travellers in Japan, and so far, this was the best apartment hotel for families or groups that we have stayed. It was a unique experience for us, particularly, the Japanese ambience and style located in the heart of a city which was also the best part of it. Every members of the family enjoyed every single day because if its comfort, with individual privacy and we were able to sleep well after a long day of tour and shopping. Beddings were clean, the AC worked well, 2 shower rooms with adequate water supply are perfect for groups not to keep us waiting. They have a small but complete kitchen, we were able to heat or cook our meals in the morning. Every detail of how it was designed and constructed was so efficient and the quality materials are impressive. They also have a lift and location of the apartment was just near the shopping areas and convenient stores.

There is simply no better place to stay! This traditional Japanese house fulfilled all my dreams of experiencing Japan's old-fashioned way of life. The exquisite home is located in an upscale neighborhood in Fukuoka, with a supermarket right across the street and many excellent restaurants within a ten-minute walk. The house is meticulously designed, with every detail reflecting thoughtful care. Our group of six occupied all the rooms on the first floor. One suite had Western-style beds, while the other featured traditional Japanese tatami. A living room and dining area separated the two. For larger groups, there are an additional three rooms available on the second floor. If you're driving, there's even a garage. The first word that came to mind upon arrival was "trust!" In this vast world, the owner has entrusted strangers with a home filled with valuable crystal and ceramic pieces, and even an entire ivory tusk. Thank you so much! If the rating scale had no limit, I would give this place 100/10.

We stayed twice during our trip, and the host and site manager were very helpful and accommodating. With space is scarce in Japan our unit were definitely comfortable and well equipped with w/machine and basic cooking needs which were a plus after long trip in Japan. Location is very convenient,few convenient stores within few minutes walk, 10-15 Mins walk to TenJin underground and Canal City. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Fukuoka. Our last stay with the river view was amazing, Thank you heaps.
