Amazing experience! Location is perfect for people who like to have an affordable and quite place for themselves in paradise. You will have your own beach and your own restaurant with mostly traditional food. Accomodation is basic but cosy, clean and comfortable. Room is spacious with nice bed, very good AC, cattle and fridge. Huge window with romantic sea view and bathroom is big and clean. Restaurant will serve you delicious breakfast, excellent fresh juices (ask for local kirala-mangrove apple with young cocconut), cold refreshments and tasty meals made with local veggies, sea food, chicken or pork. Place is run by local youth, so you might get a beach volleyball game with boys who will also help you to go around, rent a scooter, teach some sinhala. There is top ayurvedic center in close vicinity. Highly recommended!

We arrived at villa janaliya and the owners told us the room was double booked but they could arrange something. We were given a room at the other hotel they are running so actually this is a review on blue saffire resort. We were stunned by the beauty luxury and comfort of the hotel. It has an amazing pool, dreamy clean and comfortable rooms and super friendly staff who Will make sure youre not short on anything. Unfortunatly we could only stay for one night but it was a great one. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautifull place.

Lovely hosts, you tell what you need, they fix it or at least advise you honestly. For extra services like lunch or tuk tuk or beer, they charge the fair price. If you have a question, or worry, feel free to let them know. We were traveling with 2 children : 2yr and 4yr old and we felt super taken care of 🤗 beach is just behind the property, place is quiet. A piece of heaven in the countryside of Sri Lanka. The villa is located inside a beautiful garden and just 10 min from the beach. The host will do everything to make you feel at home. I really appreciate that the host took me to visit the surrounding area free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan, Indian or Western food. For a very reasonable price, he also offers an excellent dinner. Thanks again :)

After nearly one month of travelling I arrived to Sea Pink and wow! It became clear, I saved the best for last. Beautiful guesthouse, luxurious feel, comfortable and spotless. And if that wasn’t enough 😁 The family makes you feel like a friend right away. No language barriers, even their sweet 3year-old son speaks English. I chose the Sri Lankan breakfast and every morning a sumptuous table of delicious food and fruits was set up for me. The location is a short 5min stroll to the most beautiful beaches along the west coast. Highly recommend this special place if you visit Bentota.

We stayed at Kurumba Villa for 3 nights and it couldn’t be any better. The entire property is very neat and clean. Very big pool :) and nice common area. In our Villa we had a lot of space and of course it was very clean, too. The owner and her staff are the nicest people, they assured that we feel comfortable at any time, were supportive with any request ;) thank you very much for making our time so unforgettable!

What a great start to our holiday in Sri Lanka. Wasantha & Nishanthi are wonderful hosts, their kindness, smiles & sense of humour made us feel at home. We had a fun time cycling around Bentota and the local area on their push bikes. The guesthouse is across the road from the beach which is an added bonus. We have been in Sri Lanka for five weeks and can say that Nishanthi’s breakfasts are by far the best - a great introduction to Sri Lankan food. We will certainly recommend the guesthouse to all our friends & family.
