The staff was excellent. Friendly, proactive, hospitable and exemplary. Very warm and welcoming, you felt safe around them. They gave good tips on activities and helped to get transport when we wanted to move around. The place was clean and very quiet and peaceful. It was in a safe area and one could walk around without any issues.

Simple but lovely facilities with extremely warm staff in the otherwise cold Maseru 😊. I felt very much at home. Cleanliness and personal touch during room make up were very good.
