The host helped us for the transfert from/to the airport for a fare price. He expected us in front of the apartment at the very late hour we've arrived. And the check-out was very easy and smooth. The taxi, both times was very punctual and the driver very kind and friendly. The location is great - 2km radius are the main sightseeing points from the city. A lot of small and big supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, in the area. Very warm apartment.

We were very happy in this apartment. The staff was very helpful to make our stay enjoyable. There is a minimarket on the 1st floor open every day until midnight and a supermarket just round the corner. The apartment is perfectly equipped, quiet. This was our home away from home. Wow! This was an absolute gem of a hostel. Could not recommend it enough. We stumbled across it by chance as we wanted to stay somewhere close to the monastery. The husband and wife team running it were amazing - so friendly and helpful. We had a double room on the ground floor which was huge and really modern which I wasn’t expecting in UB! However the real treat is the modern open plan kitchen/dining area and roof terrace at the top of the guesthouse. We had breakfast in the sunshine enjoying the view over the city - wonderful. And then after a day of sightseeing we picked up some beers and enjoyed them in the setting sun on the terrace. So good. This is a brilliant hostel. Don’t hesitate - book it!!!!

First time in Mongolia and this was the first and most satisfying stop on my journey. The landlord brother was especially enthusiastic, communicated with me about moving in a few days in advance, and sent detailed location description and check-in matters to my email. After arriving in Mongolia, he asked me to give the phone number to the driver, and he came to communicate with the driver to avoid us not being able to find the place. He was waiting for us in advance when he brought us to the apartment building. After entering the room, the landlord introduced each room and its function one by one, and reminded us of the things we need to pay attention to. The landlord was very gentle, my partner and I had a great impression of him and were very happy with the apartment, it was clean and tidy and very comfortable to live in. It is also very convenient to go to E-mart supermarket. It was as described. It was a pleasant trip and I was very happy.

Everything is great. The room is sooooo big and so clean. Very comfortable to stay there. The location is also great, there have a Gs25 to buy some food. The hoster are very helpful and nice. If I back to this city, will come back again to this room for 100% sure.
